Our Story
Brazilian Baristas was born from the memory of cafézinho — the small cup of coffee offered with warmth, conversation, and hospitality in Brazilian homes.
For founder Will De Oliveira, it brings back mornings in Minas Gerais, the smell of coffee being prepared, and the feeling that coffee was never just a drink. It was a welcome.
01 — The Drop
We are currently taste testing Brazilian coffees before choosing our first roast. The goal is simple: one smooth, approachable Brazilian medium roast that we can confidently put the Brazilian Baristas name on.

02 — Tasting
Before launching, we are comparing Brazilian coffee samples from roasting and private-label partners. Taste comes first. We are looking for coffee that is smooth, warm, and true to the feeling behind Brazilian Baristas.
We are prioritizing Brazilian coffee, including options from Minas Gerais, Sul de Minas, Cerrado, or other verified Brazilian regions.
The goal is a medium roast with notes like chocolate, toasted nuts, caramel, and a clean finish.
The first bag needs to taste good, look professional, and feel right on a local store shelf.
03 — Interest

Our first batch is being planned with local retail placement in mind. We want Brazilian Baristas to feel like something you would proudly pick up as a gift, a morning ritual, or a taste of Brazilian hospitality.
